Job Description
- Develop and manage the organizations annual budgeting process
- Prepare and analyze financial reports variance analysis and financial performance metrics
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisionmaking
- Monitor and control budgetary expenditures
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Collaborate with departmental managers to develop and track departmental budgets
- Conduct financial forecasting and risk assessment
- Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting or related field
- At least 10 years experience
- Good knowledge of Turkish GAAP and IFRS
- Proven experience in budgeting financial reporting and analysis
- Accounting experience and CPA certification are preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and regulations
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel
- Having experience in ERP
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
