The Fairmont La Marina Rabat Sal is recruiting an Executive Assistant to join its team.
Job Purpose:
To provide highlevel administrative support to the General Manager while coordinating and overseeing qualityrelated initiatives ensuring compliance with brand standards and driving guest satisfaction excellence.
Skilled in leading and executing predefined projects
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Assistance :
- Manage the General Managers calendar appointments and travel arrangements.
- Organize meetings prepare agendas take minutes and follow up on action points.
- Handle correspondence and confidential documents with utmost discretion.
2. Quality Coordination:
- Monitor key quality performance indicators (LQA TrustYou internal audits etc..
- Support the development implementation and tracking of departmental quality action plans.
- Coordinate and facilitate quality meetings with departmental leaders.
- Serve as the link between operational teams and management on quality projects.
3. Communication & Reporting:
- Compile and prepare quality reports for senior leadership and corporate stakeholders.
- Draft internal documents and qualityrelated communications (procedures newsletters etc..
- Conduct research and benchmarking on hospitality best practices in service and guest experience.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration (Bachelors level or higher).
- Previous experience in a similar position in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong organizational interpersonal and written communication skills.
- High level of discretion initiative and analytical thinking.
- Fluent in English and French both spoken and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
