Efficiently resolve queries using ticketing systems.
Assist employees with questions regarding policies benefits and other HRrelated matters.
Ensure high service quality while adhering to established processes.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Take ownership of query resolution and meet individual performance metrics.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a BPO environment is an advantage such as working with CRM systems and answering queries by phone.
Any experience or education in Human Resource Management or HRrelated activities is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
Solid decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to manage confidential data with integrity and compliance.
Adaptability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
