Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain robust applications using Java and React.
- Implement and optimize algorithms and data structures to enhance application performance.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to solve complex technical problems.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality software solutions.
- Develop and maintain fullstack applications ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Implement unit testing and acceptance test automation to ensure software reliability.
- Quickly learn and adapt to CI/CD pipeline processes.
- Stay updated with modern technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Lead architectural design and decisionmaking processes to ensure scalable and efficient solutions.
- Define and enforce best practices for software development and architecture.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance system capabilities and performance.
Requirements:
- 1014 years of experience in software development with extensive expertise in Java and React.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms data structures and software analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- AWS certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in Groovy GoLand Python and .
- Familiarity with fullstack development and unit testing.
- Experience with acceptance test automation.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven experience as a Lead Architect with a strong understanding of architectural principles and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Certifications in AWS or other relevant technologies.
- Experience with other modern development frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
