What Youll Be Doing:
- Load and unload trucks with materials and equipment.
- Assist in material handling and transport within the facility.
- Support welders and other skilled tradespeople during crane assembly.
- Perform general manual labour tasks.
- Read blueprints and production drawings (occasional).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Familiarity with power tools machinery and material handling equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and handson problemsolving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude teamoriented mindset and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in English (reading writing and speaking).
- Forklift/Lift truck license is an asset.
Working Conditions:
- Typical manufacturing facility environment.
- Moderate to heavy lifting required.
- Use of PPE required at all times.
