The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager leads the design and of the quality management framework ensuring consistent performance across enterprise IT operations. This role is responsible for implementing the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) managing corrective and preventive actions monitoring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and driving continuous process improvement based on contractdefined performance standards.
