Job Description
AsCustomer Success Manager youll be responsible for leading and coordinating projects for our government clients from initiation through to successful completion. Your role will encompass strategic planning resource management stakeholder communication risk mitigation and overall project . With a focus on delivering highquality results within budget and timeline constraints you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

What youll do:
- Collaborate with government clients to understand project objectives scope and requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including task schedules resource allocation and budget estimates.
- Manage project teams assigning tasks setting priorities and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Actively engage with stakeholders to communicate project progress address concerns and manage expectations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks implementing effective contingency plans as necessary.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment motivating team members to achieve project goals.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely reports to senior management and clients.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations compliance standards and government policies.
- Continuously evaluate project performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
What youll need to succeed:
- An active U.S. Government Secret security clearance
- 5 years of experience in project management
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Problemsolving aptitude and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
- Ability to lead diverse teams foster collaboration and motivate team members towards project success.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret relevant data to make informed decisions.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering highquality work.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

If a projected salary range is posted for this position it represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MetroStars total compensation.
Additional Compensation: This role may also be eligible for bonuses and/or additional incentives based on individual and company performance.
