Your Role:
Step into a position where your leadership skills will be the driving force behind Engineering Maintenance and Process Control teams. Your mission: to enhance our production efficiency while meeting cost objectives. Were on a journey to boost performance slash waste and ensure our facility operates at peak capacity.
- Lead and inspire our technical teams to hit production goals and cost targets.
- Oversee and refine our capital budget nurturing the talent within your team.
- Ensure our facilities and equipment are always ready for action.
- Steer our engineering budget with strategic insight.
- Collaborate to uncover and capitalize on new opportunities for growth.
- Manage the hiring development and performance of your team.
- Drive innovation in manufacturing and technical operations.
- Maintain a keen focus on environmental compliance and safety.
Your Credentials:
- Engineering Bachelors degree.
- 6 years in engineering with a track record in project management.
- Leadership experience for over 4 years.
- Preference for those familiar with extrusion and thermoforming.
- Strong communicative and analytical skills.
