Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant GSF Legal Ops.
In this role youll be responsible to drive and endtoend delivery of projects including third party vendor onboarding.
Responsibilities
Third Party Vendor Onboarding
Understanding of Banking Regulations: Familiarity with European banking regulations and compliance requirements.
Risk Management: Expertise in thirdparty risk management including financial due diligence and risk assessment.
Vendor Management: Experience in managing vendor relationships and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
Financial Acumen: Ability to analyze financial statements and assess the financial health of vendors.
Cybersecurity Awareness: Knowledge of information security standards and threat controls relevant to the banking sector.
Project Management: Proven track record in managing complex projects preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Stakeholder Communication: Strong communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Process Improvement: Ability to identify and implement process improvements to streamline vendor onboarding.
Compliance Monitoring: Experience in monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the vendor lifecycle.
Documentation: Proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed project documentation including risk assessments and compliance reports.
IT Infrastructure: Understanding of IT infrastructure and systems used in banking including CRM and ERP systems.
Cybersecurity Standards: Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001 NIST and GDPR.
Data Privacy: Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices for protecting sensitive information.
Technical Due Diligence: Ability to conduct technical due diligence on vendor applications to ensure they meet the banks security and performance standards.
Integration Skills: Experience in integrating thirdparty applications with existing banking systems and ensuring seamless functionality.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Project management risk assessment vendor management financial analysis cybersecurity compliance monitoring stakeholder communication process improvement technical due diligence.
Banking or financial services industry managing complex projects vendor onboarding regulatory compliance IT infrastructure data privacy.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Bachelor degree from a reputable university
PMP (Project Management Professional)
