Inviting applications for the role of PTP Accounts Payable Payments Domain Trainee German Remote Poland
In this role you will manage and oversee the accounts payable (AP) payment processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Process and execute payments to vendors accurately and on time.
Verify and reconcile payment batches to ensure proper authorization and documentation.
Monitor and resolve payment discrepancies and issues.
Maintain accurate records of all payment transactions.
Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure proper documentation and approval of payments.
Assist in monthend closing activities by preparing payment reports and reconciliations.
Provide support to vendors and internal stakeholders regarding paymentrelated queries.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in AP payment processing.
Fluency in German and a strong command of English
High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant years of experience in PTP payments and helpdesk
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Experience working in the retail industry / with retail clients
Knowledge of additional languages
