We are currently searching for a Digital Business Analyst:
Responsibilities
- Lead endtoend implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects including design testing deployment and postlaunch enhancements.
- Collaborate with developers project managers and stakeholders to ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements.
- Manage project timelines reporting and multitasking across BusinessasUsual (BAU) updates and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Project Manager in CRM/ERP implementations.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Office 365 Power BI and cloudbased solutions.
- Handson experience coordinating technical activities (coding testing deployment) for CRM/ERP systems.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on CRM migrations and integrations.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
