Hire Resolves client is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Service Account Manager to join their team in Port Elizabeth.
As a Service Account Manager you will be the key point of contact for clients ensuring exceptional service delivery and longterm satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex service requirements efficiently.
Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships
Act as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Proven work experience as an Account Manager Key Account Manager or relevant role
Demonstrable ability to communicate present and influence key stakeholders at all levels
Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
Experience delivering clientfocused solutions to customer needs
Excellent listening negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration Sales or a related field is advantageous
