RPOs client is actively seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join their team in Pinetown KwaZuluNatal.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to lead and optimise the full supply chain function within a highperformance manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency developing team capability and enhancing reporting processes to support business decisionmaking.
This is a fulltime onsite position.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete supply chain operations within the Manufacturing division.
- Lead and manage the procurement scheduling inventory and logistics teams.
- Identify monitor and act on KPI reporting to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Deliver monthly reporting and forecasting insights for operational and strategic decisionmaking.
- Develop and manage a highperformance team through effective training leadership and performance management.
- Ensure alignment of supply chain processes with business goals and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Industrial Engineering or a related field.
(Alternatively strong proven experience in a relevant manufacturing supply chain role may be considered. - Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in scheduling procurement and inventory management.
- Experience with ERP systems SYSPRO and/or other MRP/MES systems is essential.
- Solid analytical leadership and communication skills.
- Technologically proficient with strong data analysis and forecasting capabilities.
- Proven ability to deliver results in a fastpaced KPIdriven environment.
