400550 per day Inside IR35
Mostly remote with travel to Letchworth office
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilledTableau Report Builder / Administratorwith a strong background in Tableau dashboard development Tableau Prep workflows and analytics best practices. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of handson experience in designing building and optimising interactive dashboards as well as administering Tableau environments. A key aspect of the role involves coaching and empowering business users to develop selfservice capabilities and champion datadriven decisionmaking across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design build and optimize highquality visually compelling Tableau dashboards and reports that meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain data preparation workflows usingTableau Prep ensuring data is clean reliable and fit for analysis.
- Administer Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud environments including user management permissions extracts and performance tuning.
- Enforce and promote Tableau best practices around dashboard performance visual storytelling and user experience.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements translate needs into actionable insights and deliver effective reporting solutions.
- Lead training sessions and coach business users on building their own dashboards and interpreting data outputs.
- Support governance efforts by establishing guidelines for dashboard development documentation and data security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau dashboards data connectivity and platform performance.
- Stay current on Tableau releases new features and industry trends to continually enhance the analytics ecosystem.
