Stratabuilt Contract is a leading construction company that specializes in providing highquality services to our clients. We are currently seeking a detailoriented and organized Data Entry Associate to join our team on a fulltime basis.
As a Data Entry Associate you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and managing data in our companys systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Input and manage data in various systems accurately and efficiently
Verify and correct data discrepancies
Maintain data integrity and ensure all information is uptodate
Organize and maintain physical and digital files
Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
12 years of experience in data entry or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
