Job Description

Overview:
Our client is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our clients growing team in the Forex and CFDs trading industry. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong understanding of online trading market expansion and client relationship management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building relationships with highvalue clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs) and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and .

What will you do:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the companys footprint in targeted regions and markets.
  • Acquire and manage relationships with retail and institutional clients including highnetworth individuals and IB partners.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: from lead generation to conversion onboarding and account growth.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns product launches and regional events.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics market trends and client feedback to ensure continuous improvement and goal alignment.
  • Attend industry expos webinars and networking events to represent the brand and expand the client base.
  • Provide regular sales reports market insights and pipeline forecasts to senior management.

Who are we looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role within the FX & CFDs trading industry.
  • Strong knowledge of online trading platforms (e.g. MT4/MT5 and brokerage operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fastpaced competitive environment.
  • Excellent negotiation presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills relevant to the target market are a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance platforms.
