Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customerfocused IT Service Desk Support Officer to provide highquality firstline support to internal users. This role involves delivering telephone and deskside support resolving technical issues and maintaining accurate records within the Marval call logging system.
Youll be the first point of contact for IT support ensuring incidents and service requests are handled efficiently and professionally to minimise downtime and disruption for the business.
