Job Description
Expected Hours: 25 hrs per week minimum
We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Industrial Cleaning team. This position is wellsuited to an enthusiastic team player ensuring efficient operations with strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiply tasks simultaneously.
This position is based in the Wythenshawe area however travel will be essential so must hold a valid UK Driving License. As a Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing the work process and completion whilst on clients sites ensuring efficient operations and leading a team of Industrial Cleaning staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of industrial cleaners ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to required standards.
- Carry out a variety of industrial cleaning tasks including plant shutdowns highlevel cleaning and sanitation schedules.
- Provide handson support and guidance to the team.
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed conducting risk assessments where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work incidents and any required corrective actions.
- Train new team members and oversee their development.
- Liaise with management and supervisor to ensure sufficient resources are allocated for each job.
Full driving licence is required and company vehicle will be provided.
Must be able to pass Police vetting and a DBS.
13.65 per hour Monday to Friday Days
18.00 per hour Monday to Sunday Nights.
15.00 Saturday Day Minimum
18.00 Sunday Day Minimum

Monthly pay Uniform provided including full PPE.
Job Type: Fulltime Contracted to 25hrs per week however willing to work 50hrs per week depending on Industrial Jobs.

Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 years in industrial cleaning and at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Vetting: DBS and Police Vetting Required.
- Qualifications: IOSH and IPAF certifications are desirable but not essential.
- Licence: Full UK driving licence required (company vehicle provided).
- Flexibility: Ability to work Monday to Friday with occasional weekend/Night work as required.
- Skills: Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- Work Location: On the road
