Job Summary
This is your opportunity to manage inventory at a dealership. Previous Dealership managers or topsales performers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate enjoys building rapport with our guests daily. You will mentor your Sales Consultants and coach them on proven sales tactics.
We are looking for an experienced candidate with a proven track record in the automotive industry an impeccable reputation and a commitment to customer service at the highest level.

Responsibilities
- Manage used vehicle inventory levels
- Manage the used vehicle inventory mix
- Make sure the used inventory has been reconditioned to the level we expect
- Make sure our inventory is properly displayed on the lot and online
- Work with the team leaders to ensure they are following the proper appraisal process
- Any additional duties as needed related or nonrelated to the used vehicle inventory
Qualifications
- Dealership management experience
- Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a team environment
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Clean driving record
