Description of the role:
The Automotive Used Car Sales Associate at Smithtown Volkswagenwill be responsible for assisting customers in the selection and purchase of preowned vehicles. This role involves providing exceptional customer service understanding customer needs and guiding them through the sales process.
This position is for an IMMEDIATE START
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing preowned vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service before during and after the sale
- Understand and communicate vehicle features pricing and financing options
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive sales preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Strong negotiation skills
