As a rapidly growing directtoconsumer omnichannel brand (bricks and mortar ecommerce home delivery) we are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Brand and Campaign Manager.
The Campaign Manager plays a critical role in bringing the Wild Fork brand to life through our evergreen marketing and seasonal campaigns. In this role the campaign manager will work closely with the Director Brand and crossfunctional teams to bring bestinclass practices in the of our marketing programs.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking creativity and strong project management skills to produce bestinclass marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drives measurable results.
We are looking for a creative thinker who is passionate about marketing and is comfortable working in a fastpaced environment. This is an inoffice role MondayFriday based in Miami FL.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role the Campaign Manager will:
- Work with the Director Brand to develop seasonal campaigns and evergreen marketing initiatives that take into consideration full funnel integrated customer journeys.
- Is responsible for coordinating and managing the of marketing initiatives across all consumer touchpoint working with various internal and external SMEs and stakeholders (social influencer PR paid ads email EComm store signage photoshoots)
- Lead the development and of store signage and EComm assets for each campaign in partnership with product EComm and ops team
- Works closely with other marketing team members paid media email social to ensure integrated and consistent executions.
- Manage and coordinate with crossfunctional stakeholders across (product retail operations eComm logistics)
- Track and manage all campaign to ensure ontime and onbudget delivery 306090
- Develop and optimize marketing campaign process
- Helps create process and oversees management of marketing content / assets and usage rights tracking
- Contributes to weekly and monthly reporting
- Manage track campaign budget and support the monthly accrual process
- Support the Director Brand in the campaign / content briefing with agencies designers or 3rd party vendors.
- With the Director manages external freelancers agencies and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field
- 35 years of combined marketing experience in retail industry required
- Store communications experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement in content creation and distribution.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint applications.
- Strong knowledge and comfort for the nationwide US consumer outside of the South Florida area.
