About the Role
Were looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the development of our first Azurebased disaster recovery offeringa critical component of our multicloud product strategy.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a greenfield initiative from strategy to launch in a highimpact highautonomy environment.
What Youll Do
- Define and lead the vision strategy and of Arpios disaster recovery offering for Azure.
- Ensure alignment with Azure best practices customer needs and the core Arpio value proposition.
- Conduct ongoing market research and customer discovery to develop deep insights into the cloud resilience space and our ideal customer profile.
- Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog for the Azure offering.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering to translate needs into functional and nonfunctional requirements and shepherd development through an agile delivery process.
- Partner with crossfunctional stakeholders in Marketing Sales and Customer Success to develop gotomarket (GTM) strategies launch plans and longterm customer support initiatives.
What Were Looking For
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure including services architecture and deployment patterns.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing and networking fundamentalsable to go deep on common topics like DNS routing and identity and access management.
- Working knowledge of backup and disaster recovery strategies for cloud and hybrid environments.
- Proven success in bringing B2B SaaS product offerings to market.
- Natural problemsolver with a customerfirst mindset and a creative approach to designing solutions.
- Comfortable navigating the ambiguity and pace of an earlystage startup.
- Excellent communicatorable to break down complex concepts for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Must be a U.S. resident.

- Based in or near the Triangle Region of North Carolinawe have a team and office in Durham and hybrid work is an option.
