Your Responsibilities:

Educate customers on product usage and care

Assist with new purchases and productrelated inquiries

Communicate with customers via phone chat and email

Monitor and manage cases to ensure timely resolutions

Represent a major brand with professionalism and a customerfirst attitude

Build strong relationships with users always showing empathy and support
Your Qualifications:

Fluency in Polish

Strong command of English

Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills

Techsavvy with solid computer skills

Adaptable resourceful and able to multitask
