Your Role

Be the frontline voice supporting customers through various channels: phone email video chat and social media

Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and offering timely thoughtful solutions

Deliver outstanding service with empathy and attentiveness

Accurately manage confidential information and customer data

Learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies
What You Bring

Fluency in Dutch and solid English communication skills

Previous customer service experience is a plus

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

A proactive selfmotivated mindset with a professional approach

Ability to multitask prioritize and stay focused in a virtual work environment
