Job Title: Executive & Personal Assistant (Bilingual Spanish/English)
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 3000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST

Position Overview:

Were looking for a sharp reliable and resourceful Executive & Personal Assistant to support both business operations and personal tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills fluency in Spanish and English and availability in a North American time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

BusinessRelated Tasks:

  • Handle all administrative processes: paperwork vendor coordination taxes contracts
  • Light coordination of business tasks across internal and external teams
  • Oversee accounts: pay bills manage refunds dispute charges track expenses
  • Email and calendar management ensuring efficient scheduling and followup
  • Book domestic and international travel (flights hotels local transport)
  • Maintain digital and physical organization of important business records

PersonalRelated Tasks:

  • Coordinate household vendors and service providers
  • Track and pay personal bills subscriptions and memberships
  • Manage personal healthcare scheduling and paperwork
  • Order groceries manage deliveries and oversee personal errands/logistics
  • Provide general life organization and proactive assistance

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English both spoken and written
  • Based in a North American time zone (PST MST CST or EST)
  • Proven experience supporting executives or entrepreneurs in a similar role
  • Able to manage sensitive information with high discretion and integrity
  • Comfortable working independently taking initiative and solving problems
  • Techsavvy with tools like Google Workspace task/project management platforms and financial/billing tools
  • Must pass a background check
  • High security awareness and ability to handle confidential data and access


NicetoHaves:

  • Light bookkeeping or expense tracking.
  • Event or retreat planning experience.
  • Project management or coordination background.
  • Familiarity with managing digital systems or online platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple inboxes or clientfacing communications.
