Location: Wilmslow Cheshire (travel in surrounding areas)
Salary:per annum

To support this exciting phase they are growing their team to deliver tailored behavioural programs for adults and children facing barriers to education or development due to limited special needs provisions. Role Overview

As a Team Leader ABA / PBS you will manage 34 individualized support packages oversee staff delivering these services and report to our clients Lead Behavioural Consultant. Your role will be central to developing and sustaining evidencebased support plans for clients aged 4 to 35 with complex neurodevelopmental conditions and learning difficulties. You will also play a key role in staff training care planning scheduling oncall duties and risk management ensuring highquality valuesaligned care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee 34 support packages ensuring effective delivery of behavioural intervention programs.
  • Line manage staff within these packages conducting appraisals onboarding and performance reviews.
  • Support staff training on behavioural competencies care planning and risk management strategies.
  • Design and implement datadriven support plans equipping staff to deliver them effectively.
  • Manage staff rotas to maintain seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in an oncall rota to address urgent client or operational needs.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to ensure safety for clients and staff.
  • Analyse client data to monitor outcomes and refine interventions.
  • Collaborate with families local authorities schools and stakeholders to align support with individual care goals.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for reviews tribunals or stakeholder meetings.
  • Engage with prospective clients and educational settings to promote our clients services.
  • Participate in peer supervision and maintain professional communication with all parties.
  • Provide direct support during staff training or to cover unexpected absences.
  • Respond promptly to communications and maintain accurate records including schedules care plans and expense submissions.
  • Foster a professional environment ensuring adherence to our clients standards values and conduct codes.
  • Schedule and attend client appointments across the service region with flexibility for occasional outofhours or regional travel.
  • Prioritize safeguarding ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients staff and others.
  • Adhere to our clients policies and procedures reflecting their missiondriven ethos.

Employment Details:

  • Type: Fulltime permanent
  • Salary:annually

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Level 4 certification in behavioural support a masters degree in behavioural analysis or equivalent professional certification.
  • Education: Higher education certificate or equivalent.
  • Licensing: Valid UK drivers license and access to a vehicle for workrelated travel.
  • Eligibility: Right to work in the UK.
  • Experience: Proven ability to lead teams manage support packages and deliver behavioural programs.
