About the Role

- Serve as the primary point of contact offering tailored solutions and strategic guidance.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive upselling initiatives.
- Monitor account performance and provide insights to optimize results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (C2 and English (C1.
- Experience in Account Management Sales or Customer Success is a plus.
- Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.
- Customeroriented mindset with a proactive approach.
