Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers issues.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by following up on requests.
- Work closely with the team to ensure highquality support.
- Manage customer data and records in the system.
Requirements:
- Fluent Danish (written and spoken) & good English communication skills.
- EU citizenship OR valid work permit (fullpurpose specificpurpose or refugee protection certificate).
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- No previous experience needed entrylevel role.
