Work Schedule: Rotational shifts 24/7 8hour shifts 40 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
Relocation Package Includes:
- 300 BGN monthly rental allowance for the duration of the contract
- 150 BGN flight reimbursement (processed upon arrival or with the first salary)

About the Role
We are seeking a Czechspeaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia Bulgaria. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating digital content and advertisements to ensure they adhere to platform policies. This position involves handling sensitive and potentially explicit content including material that may contain violence.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and moderate usergenerated content and advertisements based on platform guidelines.
- Identify and remove inappropriate harmful or policyviolating material in a timely and accurate manner.
- Analyze content trends and provide feedback to enhance trust and safety policies.
- Work in rotational shifts (including nights and weekends) to ensure roundtheclock content monitoring.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation strategies and maintain a safe online space.
Requirements
- Fluent in Czech (C2 and proficient in English (B2.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content with professionalism and resilience.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts including overnight and weekends.
- Prior experience in content moderation or trust & safety roles is a plus but not required.
