About Your Company

Our client is an innovative technology company specializing in advanced security solutions dedicated to developing secure and userfriendly access systems including smart locks and biometric authentication technologies. As part of their business expansion they are seeking to hire a Finance Manager to join their team. This new position will report to the Finance Director and oversee a small team of three responsible for monitoring daily financial operations and preparing monthly reports.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all financial operations including the monthly closing process and review financial reports at the company level while preparing monthly consolidation packages.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable financial and accounting regulations.
  • Monitor cash flow and forecasts negotiate banking facilities and oversee payment reviews.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop monthly and annual budgets.
  • Work with auditors to facilitate audit reports and prepare necessary tax filings.
  • Communicate with external auditors tax advisors financial institutions lawyers and other stakeholders regarding financial reporting and operational issues.
  • Support the upgrade of the ERP system and the enhancement of internal control measures.
  • Conduct ad hoc projects analyses and assignments as requested by senior management.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Professional Accounting or any equivalent.
  • At least 57 years of experience in financial accounting particularly in preparing consolidation packages with hands on experience.
  • Ideally prefer candidates from the manufacturing industry with PRC factory experience in managing operating cost.
  • Professional Qualification in HKICPA CPA Aus ACCA or related.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS; familiarity with US GAAP is a plus.
  • Proven team player with the ability to effectively engage with all organizational levels and a fast learner.
  • Detailoriented and proactive individual with a strong sense of accountability showcasing excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experienced with UAT projects in ERP systems would be a PLUS.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight reporting deadlines.
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Immediate availability or short notice would be PLUS.
