Job Description
Industry: Pharma
Location: Malta
Basis: Full time
Remuneration: Salary Benefits
Main Duties:
- Manage a team of technicians supporting both companies
- Manage the preventive maintenance program to ensure equipment is always compliant
- Review of the corrective maintenance activities done and liaise with
- quality personnel on evaluating potential equipment/product risks
- Manage the facility upkeep together with all its utilities
- Offer support when dealing with emergencies unplanned breakdowns and repairs
- Develop and maintain an equipment risk management system
- Develop and manage an equipment/spare parts business continuity plan
- Support the implementation of new investment projects and/or machine upgrades
What skills do you need
- A Degree in Engineering
- A minimum of three years relevant experience in a similar role
- A desire to further develop your skills and knowledge
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical sector will be considered an asset
- Have excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
