Were now looking for a reliable and detail oriented Assistant Financial Planning Administrator to join our small and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build confidence develop professional skills and grow within a respected firm. Youll receive full training handson experience and ongoing support every step of the way.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all client enquiries by phone email and in person.
  • Schedule meetings manage diaries and prepare client documents.
  • Help process new business and maintain accurate records in our systems.
  • Support our annual planning process and ensure high standards of ongoing client service.
  • Provide general office support: greeting visitors handling post and ordering supplies.
  • Help keep the office running smoothly and always clientready.

What were looking for

Essential:

  • Ideally at least 1 year in an administrative role (including internships or work experience).
  • Organised proactive and able to manage multiple tasks with care and attention.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and general office tech.
  • A positive attitude and clear professional communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes.

Desirable:

  • Experience in financial planning or a professional services environment.
  • Relevant qualifications such as the Certificate in Financial Planning RO1 or LP2.
