Job Title: Manager Sales

Job Overview:
As a Sales Manager you play a key role in driving the growth and success of the sales team at Aplus Consulting. You are responsible for developing strong client relationships identifying new business opportunities and leading the sales team to achieve ambitious targets. You will also work closely with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies while also overseeing team performance through coaching performance tracking and KPI management. You will also collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives and take ownership of key projects ensuring the companys market presence continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the companys objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop client acquisition strategies and plans to expand market presence.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position the team for exceeding targets.
- Plan organize and execute sales events and related activities to maximize business development opportunities.
- Develop and maintain longlasting client relationships and lead the team in delivering presentations.
- Handle client queries deal with or escalate complex issues as needed and conduct costbenefit analyses to offer tailored service solutions to the clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador collaborating with head of department and marketing team to align campaigns and reach target audiences.
- Consolidate and maintain accurate records of sales performance client engagements other sales reports interpret the reports and analyze the opportunity to maximize the sales performance.
- Lead coach and mentor the sales team; set clear goals track the set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews to optimize results.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager who deals with both local and international clients
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Indepth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Ability to generate interpret and analyze sales data and make informed decisions
- Ability to leverage technologies that support sales
- Resultsoriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
