Position Overview

Payroc is seeking a dynamic and resultsdrivenPayment Processing Advisor to join our Financial Institutions team specializing in the sale and support of Payroc solutions. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a passion for relationship management and a proven track record in acquiring and retaining business clients particularly within the banking or payment processing space. As a Payment Processing Advisor you will be responsible for identifying developing and closing new business opportunities with financial institutions while also managing and growing existing partner relationships. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify develop and close new accounts through networking phone and facetoface sales techniques.
  • Responsible for the retention and profitability of existing accounts and referral relationships.
  • Assist with the new account conversion process including the completion of paperwork scheduling of equipment installations and participation in conference calls to ensure a positive new client experience.
  • Respond to current and prospective customer inquiries and promptly resolve issues or concerns from customers and Bank Partner employees.
  • Partner and communicate both verbally and in writing with equipment installation team customer service and other departments as needed to ensure continual customer satisfaction.
  • Meet monthly sales and activity goals.
  • Capture accurate and complete information in CRM system.
  • Qualify accounts and decision makers to start the sales process.
  • Participate in Partner Sales meetings to review targets forecasts and productivity.
  • Adhere to the systemic schedule for sales calls followup appointments sales meetings and networking events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or commensurate Payment/Banking industry experience
  • 23 years of outside sales with new account acquisition and account management experience
  • Payment Processing or Banking industry sales experience is preferred
  • Proficient level of computer skills Microsoft Office Products and Salesforce
  • Professional motivated selfstarter with the ability to learn and generate leads from referral sources
  • Ability to work in fastpaced constantly changing ethical entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent presentation skills with an assertive and systematic approach
  • Outstanding time management organization
  • Marked decisionmaking problem resolution and creative thinking skills

Working Conditions

  • Frequent interaction with team members management agents Business Development Managers (BDMs) and external partners to facilitate smooth operations and collaborations
  • Occasional physical tasks such as lifting office supplies deliveries or meeting materials (up to 25 lbs).

Travel Component

  • 50 travel throughout Garrard Boyle Casey Lincoln and Mercer counties.
