Job Description
Position Summary
As a Bartender youre responsible for servicing guests and preparing beverage orders and courteously and efficiently serving food and beverages to guests in the food and beverage outlet. Responsible for maintenance of bar area and support the restaurant & hotel staff.
Essential Functions
Prepare alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages for bars and restaurants in
accordance with service standards.
Anticipate Guests needs respond promptly and acknowledge all Guests making
recommendations from guests preferences.
Take Guests food and beverage orders utilizing suggestive selling techniques.
Complete opening duties as assigned including check quality and quantity of all
bar stock and supplies using checklist
Must be TIPS and Food Safety certified as required.
Follow 4 Keys service standards standard operation procedures and safety
standards.
Follow all appropriate policies and procedures while constantly striving to improve
all standards of operations.
Follow safety and security procedures.
Physical Requirements:
The minimum physical requirements for this position include but are not limited to:
Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds frequently to assist guests
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to hear understand and communicate orally and in writing to communicate with staff vendors and guests a normal inperson and phone conversation
Ability to bend and twist push and pull stoop and kneel
Ascend and descend a ladder
