Are you an experienced construction professional with an analytical mind and a deep understanding of highend residential projects
Hachman Construction a leader in luxury home renovations is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead our project estimation and cost control efforts. In this pivotal role you will develop accurate competitive estimates for luxury remodels ensuring that our projects remain profitable while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

- Prepare detailed accurate estimates for highend residential projects including labor materials and subcontractor costs.
- Analyze project specifications and collaborate with architects designers and project managers to refine estimates.
- Manage bid processes negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with key vendors and subcontractors.
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential costsaving opportunities while ensuring toptier craftsmanship.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of estimating experience in luxury residential construction.
- Expertise in construction management software such as BuilderTrend and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- A deep understanding of highend materials finishes and labor costs.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to negotiate and manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
