Job Description

Job Title: Delivery Coordinator
Location: Young Chevrolet Cadillac Owosso MI
Job Type: FullTime OnSite

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized detailoriented and customerfocused Delivery Coordinator to ensure a smooth professional and exciting vehicle delivery process for our customers. This role is key in helping new and used car buyers feel confident and informed when they take delivery of their vehicle.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare vehicles for customer delivery including final inspections paperwork and quality checks

  • Coordinate with the sales team and service department to ensure vehicles are ready on time

  • Provide thorough vehicle orientations including feature demonstrations and technology walkthroughs

  • Review and explain essential paperwork and answer any questions the customer may have

  • Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and ensure compliance with dealership policies

  • Follow up with customers postdelivery to ensure satisfaction and answer any additional questions

  • Manage the delivery schedule and communicate updates with all involved departments

  • Ensure the delivery area is clean professional and customerready at all times

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree is a plus

  • Previous customer service or automotive experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Comfortable with technology and learning new vehicle features quickly

  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
