Redi Services LLC is hiring a cost estimator for our operations in Evanston Wyoming. Duties include but are not limited to:
Providing general estimating oversight and bid approval as per the Contract and Procurement process.
Ensuring the company is following all government regulations and codes.
Maintaining the estimating cost system to ensure data tracking systems remain up to date.
Managing the team assigned to complete the estimate in the assembly and submission of the bids process.
Assisting with the generation maintenance and preconstruction design schedule for projects.
Ability to manage and track multiple preconstruction projects at once.
Working with 3D Tools/software in generating the quantities available from the design models.
Understanding how to create proper bid packages and working with design teams on the information required in each package to assure complete bids and the correct information is being given to the field tea to start construction and maintain the project.
Ensuring that a positive image of the company is maintained by customers employees and the public
Communicating effectively the estimating policies and procedures to coworkers and customers.
Ensuring the company functions efficiently as an organization while maintaining high morale and a safe work environment for all employees.
Educational Requirement:
Required: Post secondary program
Preferred: Bachelors degree in construction management
Experience:
Required: At least 2 years of comprehensive estimating specializing in at least one trade.
Preferred: At least 1 year of project management or other project function outside of estimating
