Your Focus:
- Design digital and print marketing materials including signage flyers email campaigns web content branding materials and presentations.
- Produce engaging content for company and property websites and social media accounts including shortform videos.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels by maintaining a clear and cohesive visual identity.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop strategies that proactively support brand presence leasing goals and companys mission.
- Develop strategies to proactively support and improve marketing plans consistent with revenue and leasing goals of the property.
- Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives from concept through completion meeting deadlines as appropriate.
- Serve as primary point of contact for external marketing vendors managing timelines contracts and deliverables to produce highquality outcomes and costeffective solutions.
- Identify coordinate and facilitate promotional events corporate sponsorships and other marketing efforts to aggressively build monthly traffic.
Your Skills:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design branding and digital content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Premiere Pro After Effects).
- Strong layout typography and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
- Ability to write clean concise copy for design assets and digital campaigns.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with teams across departments.
- A passion for design that creates value and drives impact.
