Job Description
Physical Therapist Assistant PTA
Due to rapid growth Care IV Home Health is now hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN or parttime home health physical therapy visits.

PTA Duties may include but are not necessarily limited to:
- Visit patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities
- Follow physical therapy care plans performing PT documenting / charting patient progress updating PT on patient status etc.
- Other duties as assigned by our Director
PTA Desired experience:
- Physical Therapist Assistant actively licensed or registered in the state of Arkansas
- Minimum 6 months of PTA experience required
- Home Health experience a plus but not required
- As a healthcare provider in compliance with CMS guidelines & conditions of participation we require a COVID vaccine as a condition of employment (absent reasonable accommodations)
