Job Summary: The Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) is responsible for YSS recruitment strategy and recommendations of longrange hiring plans in collaboration with Manager. This person will be the voice and face for hiring. The HRC is responsible for collaborating with Media & Communications to optimize and execute recruitment activities and feature open positions. This employee is responsible for attending hiring events job fairs and the development of inhouse and regional recruitment talent pools. This employee will be proficient in explaining YSS policies and procedures in orientation.

Education and Experience:
Requires Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Business Management or related field with 12 years of proven recruiting experience or similar experience in human resources and compliance.
Must have valid drivers license and proof of automobile insurance as required.
