We have a permanent parttime opportunity to join our Early Learning team and help ensure we provide a safe stimulating and supportive environment for children in small group sizes in our long day care service.
You will play an important role in assisting our Room Leaders and other qualified educators to provide social and educational activities to build a childs sense of belonging resilience kindness and teamwork.

Work parttime20 hours per week 5 hours per day Tuesday to Friday covering staff lunch breaks and Service Leader program and planning.
In addition to base hourly rate and superannuation youll also receive17.5 leave loadingand the ability to increase your takehome pay by accessing up to $15900 in salary packaging benefits that can be used on rent mortgage repayments or living expenses such as groceries bills clothing streaming services and much more.
There is also the option to increase your annual leave entitlements through our purchase leave program. You can access a 60 discount on the childcare subsidy gap fee when using a Uniting Early Learning service or centre and access to 10 weeks of paid parental leave.
You are a motivated Educator with a passion for the work you do. Working well within a team you are known for having an energetic and positive approach to your daytoday work.
Holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent) you have a sound knowledge of early learning quality and educational frameworks.
