HIRING BONUS AVAILABLE UP TO $100 DEPENDING ON POSITION
SmartTalent is hiring for a client who is a leading supplier of building supplies in Everett. This is a Temp to Hire Drivers Helper position that offers full time hours. Ideal candidate will have reliable transportation be able to lift 50lbs and be able to work overtime.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Pulls inventory from warehouse for loading.
Protects product from damage using bestdemonstrated practices.
Loads truck distributing weight evenly forming compact load and utilizing space.
Provides customers with friendly and professional service.
Keep the truck clean and organized.
Maintain the security of the truck by locking the vehicle when not being loaded/unloaded.
Reports any truck damage or equipment damage to Driver and Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent or 1 plus years of experience without a degree
Ability to speak read and write English.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to work overtime as needed to include long hours odd hours and weekends.
Must have reliable transportation.
Regularly required to stand; use hands handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Frequently is required to walk and climb or balance. Occasionally required to sit and stoop kneel crouch or crawl. Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently lift and/or move up to75 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
