Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Actively promote and exemplify a culture that upholds our mission values and safety statements.
Steward facility and property by maintaining an alert onsite presence with visible interior and exterior rounds.
Understand basic security principles and how to implement them while delivering top quality customer service to our guests and internal customers in that process.
Serve fellow workers by monitoring and taking appropriate actions to threats affecting life or property.
Maintain skill training neat appearance and positive cordial relationships with Sight & Sound employees and with local public safety entities (fire police outside security contractors).
Attend and complete all annual training set by Security Manager/Trainer.
All other duties as assigned.
Prerequisites:
Ability to respond calmly rationally and with discernment in a stressful environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Outgoing personable likable approachable and eventempered.
Maintain a fitness level that allows for a swift and appropriate response to emergencies.
Selfmotivated and able to work with limited supervision.
Able to discreetly handle confidential information.
Valid drivers license.
