Production Officer Level 2 - North Head

Production Officers located at the North Head Wastewater Treatment Plant are responsible for operating and maintaining wastewater treatment and resource recovery assets to meet our legislative and product requirements as well as customer safety and efficiency targets.

A major project to upgrade the biosolids processing facilities at North Head has will be an exciting opportunity for learning and development as you will be working with a highly experienced team.

The role is mainly for daywork operations Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3:30 every nine days worked one rostered day off is accrued to maintain 35 hours a week.

Essential Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in engineering / science or mechanical / electrical / instrumentation trade qualifications or equivalent experience
• Relevant valid drivers licence required
• Relevant experience in production or manufacturing environment within Water Wastewater and/or Resource Recovery industries
• Exposure to quality management systems (ISO
• Proven capabilities that would enable process and asset related diagnosis and maintenance
• Demonstrated capability and commitment to improvement of customer and safety culture and efficiency outcomes
• A willingness to take part in overtime rosters during weekdays and weekends work standby rostering will be required.
