In this role we are looking for a 24*7 L0/ L1 Production Support for applications hosted on Microsoft Azure platform
Responsibilities
Event Triaging:Efficiently manage and prioritize incoming events.
SOPBased Runbook Validation:Validate runbooks based on standard operating procedures for each event.
Email Verification:Communicate with the SRE team to verify events via email.
Tech Bridge Initiation:Initiate technical bridges for confirmed failing events and pending incident confirmations.
Incident Engagement:Engage level 2 and above for all other incidents.
US Handshake Call Updates:Obtain updates from US Handshake calls.
Shift Handover Updates:Update shift handover details accurately.
Catchpoint Team Engagement:Engage the Catchpoint team for further investigation if needed.
Noise Reduction Initiatives:Contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing noise.
Runbook Updates:Update runbooks particularly during onboarding.
Catchpoint test script creation and application onboarding
Application Synthetic monitoring and understanding the insights
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor of Computer Engineering /Master of Computer science
Relevant years of experience in Incident Management
ITIL certification (at the foundation level) is desirable.
Proficient in using Jira Confluence Catchpoint MailChimp and ServiceNow
Familiarity with cloud applications or infrastructure
Ability to learn and adapt and to be proactive
Excellent communication interpersonal and troubleshooting skills
Prior experience on Cloud platforms (Azure AWS)
Good Knowledge of AWS services EC2 Elastic Load Balancing Cloud Formation VPC Cloud Watch Cloud trails etc.
Good to have experience in Linux server management and Kubernetes
