WeatherBarr Windows and Doors of Fort Smith AR is looking to hire fulltime Production Workers

This thirdshift Production Worker position earns an average starting wage of $17.73$18.81/hour depending on experience. Hourly wage includes dependability bonus and 4 shift differential. You would also be eligible for fulltime benefits including insurance medical vision and dental insurance vacation time holiday pay shortterm disability life insurance a 401(k) plan and more. Job Duties:
- Operate production equipment.
- Process parts.
- Assemble product.
- Inspect quality of product.
- Maintain clean work area.
- Meet goals and deadlines by department.
- Other job duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FIRSTSHIFT PRODUCTION WORKER
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to lift 5075 pounds.
- Ability to learn all jobs within the department.
- Ability to read and understand product papaerwork.
THIRD SHIFT WORK SCHEDULE
This is a fulltime manufacturing position that works the third shift from 9:30 pm 6:00 am Sunday Thursday. Overtime as needed.
