Job Description
The Opportunity
As the Senior Manager of Strategy you will be a key leader in driving strategic initiatives and business transformation across the organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Strategy you will partner with senior executives to identify and execute growth opportunities optimize business performance and provide datadriven insights to shape corporate strategy. This role is ideal for an individual with a background in management consulting corporate strategy or business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Business Insights
- Support evolution of annual strategic planning process and play a key role in preparation of deliverables for final readouts
- Develop and drive corporate and business unit strategies ensuring alignment with longterm organizational goals.
- Conduct market research competitive analysis and financial modeling to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Identify and assess new business opportunities revenue models and expansion strategies.
M&A and Business Development:
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to drive due diligence and preparation of investment thesis for active M&A opportunities
- Play a kay role in defining developing and implementing M&A standard work for funnel build and cultivation
Problem Solving & Business Transformation
- Lead crossfunctional teams to execute highimpact strategic initiatives and transformation efforts.
- Apply structured problemsolving techniques to analyze complex business challenges and develop datadriven solutions.
- Develop frameworks and methodologies to enhance efficiency scalability and organizational performance.
Executive Influence & Stakeholder Engagement
- Present strategic recommendations and business insights to Csuite executives and senior leaders.
- Partner with business units to drive the of strategic initiatives and ensure measurable impact.
- Influence stakeholders by translating complex data and market trends into actionable strategies.
Who You Are
You are a strategic thinker and problem solver with a strong background in management consulting or corporate strategy. You excel in ambiguous environments thrive in crossfunctional settings and bring a balance of analytical rigor and business acumen.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- 7 years of experience in management consulting corporate strategy or business transformation.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling data analysis and strategic planning.
- Experience leading highimpact projects across multiple business functions and industries.
- Adaptable and respond well to changing priorities
- Strong hustlerwith a goget attitude
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
