Job Overview
Podar Education Network is seeking a motivated Stem Faculty for our Hassan location. This is a juniorlevel fulltime position ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role entails contributing to our pioneering education programs especially focusing on STEM subjects ensuring our students receive the highest standards of education through innovative and effective teaching methodologies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must possess an MCA degree (Mandatory skill) and expertise in STEM subjects (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in curriculum design with the ability to integrate innovative teaching methods and technologies.
- Proficient in using instructional technology to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Proven laboratory experience ensuring practical and theoretical aspects are effectively conveyed to students.
- Skilled in providing mentorship and advising to students fostering academic and personal growth.
- Competent in STEM program assessment ensuring the curriculum aligns with educational standards and objectives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students parents and staff.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team to contribute toward departmental goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive STEM curriculum in accordance with institutional guidelines and objectives.
- Utilize modern instructional technologies to enhance the educational process and student experience.
- Conduct and supervise laboratory sessions ensuring safety protocols and educational objectives are adhered to.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students aiding in their academic and career development.
- Assess and evaluate student performance and progress providing feedback and adjustments to strategy as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop an integrated and cohesive learning environment across disciplines.
- Engage in continuous professional development to keep abreast of the latest advancements in STEM education.
