Job Description
Joyce Koons Honda Buick GMC one of the top Northern Virginia Honda dealerships is seeking a Fulltime Auto Parts Counter Advisor. We are a progressive customerfocused automotive retailer located in Manassas Virginia.
As Parts Counter Advisor you will be responsible for assisting customers in the store on the phone and/or by computer to complete orders in a timely and professional manner. The advisor must be able to demonstrate knowledge of products and their applications.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for responding to parts orders and inquiries
Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
Keep abreast of new products features accessories.
Understand terminology of the automobile industry.
Develop career skills through regular training and instruction.
Able to establish and maintain good working relations with customers by providing courteous efficient and professional service.
Qualifications:
Considerable knowledge of Automobiles and their systems
Excellent communications skills written and verbal
Attention to Detail
Fiveday work week and rotating weekends
Able to repeatedly bend or stoop to floor level shelves
Ability to reach upper shelves with the use of a stool or ladder when necessary
Able to lift 50 pounds
Prior parts experience preferred
Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
Must pass drug screen and background check
